Excursions are an important element of cross-cultural education. Thus, INLAC provides the participants with various excursions to the following cities: Meknés, Errachidia, Erfoud, Marrakech, Tetouan, and Chefchaouen, to give the participants a chance to discover aspects of Moroccan life at the southern and the northern parts of the country. Tours of Fez and nearby sites such as the Taza caves and the carpet souks of Azrou and Khenifra are also organized. Three excursions are organized for the benefit of students doing a semester program, and two excursions for those on a six week program.
These excursions offer the students an opportunity to discover the Moroccan splendor and its multicultural dimensions and meet with the local people. During the excursions, cultural activities include extracurricular activities such as oriental dancing, Moroccan cooking and traditional music.
